Biography

Nicholas J.J. Smith is a philosopher whose research interests include logic, philosophy of language, epistemology, probability, decision theory, philosophy of time, and the history of analytic philosophy. He is the author of Vagueness and Degrees of Truth (2008) and Logic: The Laws of Truth (2012) as well as numerous papers in journals and edited collections.

Nicholas is a past President of the Australasian Association for Logic and a Professor of Philosophy at the University of Sydney.
