How to make a donation
As an independent, charitable and not-for-profit organisation, we rely on the generosity of our donors and partners to ensure we can continue to champion the unique role the humanities plays in understanding the past, explaining the world we live in, and imagining and shaping the future.
Your tax-deductible gift will be used where the need is greatest across our activities, including:
- supporting emerging and established humanities researchers through grants, awards and recognition programs;
- providing independent, evidence-informed advice to governments and decision-makers on cultural, social, ethical and public policy issues;
- fostering informed public discussion and bringing humanities perspectives to national and global challenges; and,
- strengthening the Academy’s capacity to convene scholars, leaders and communities around issues of enduring significance.
For those wishing to make a transformative gift, the Academy would be delighted to work with you to establish a named prize, medal, grant, lecture or other enduring initiative that reflects your interests and creates a lasting legacy. Donations can be made online as a one-off or recurring gift.
