Biography

Dr Anthony Diller was formerly Deputy Dean and Reader in the Australian National University’s (ANU) Faculty of Asian Studies. He founded the ANU’s National Thai Studies Centre and served as its first Director. He is currently a Visiting Fellow in the Faculty of Arts, University of Sydney. He has assisted the Academy in national foreign language education survey work. Memberships: the Australian Linguistic Society, the Historical Association of Thailand (Life Member), the Linguistic Society of America, the Siam Society (Life Member).
